Riverlands Roadhouse Truck Stop

Riverlands Roadhouse is proud to report that the next stage of the development has been completed with the opening of the Riverlands Roadhouse Motel.

The initial 10 accommodation units which make up the Riverlands Roadhouse Motel are very well designed and you will find the quality of the fit out very impressive. All units have been finished to an exceptionally high standard and each room is equipped with double beds, ensuite bathrooms, flat screen televisions, bar fridges as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The motel also provides self service laundry facilities.

Due to the 24 hour a day nature of the entire Riverlands Roadhouse complex, check in and check out of the motel can be done at all hours of the day while short stays of up to 6 hours are also an option for those who want to catch a few hours' kip before continuing their journey. We are confident that these accommodation units will supplement the rest of the Roadhouse's facilities and will provide a more complete service for all guests. We hope to be able to announce in the coming months that construction has begun on the additional ten motel units that we have planned.

Whilst we are primarily a truck stop everybody is welcome, and Riverlands Roadhouse is certainly not only for long haul truck drivers. As per usual our café is open 24/7 serving a wide variety of eat in or take away foods ranging from ribeye steaks and fresh roasts of the day to burgers, wraps and panninis. Our toilet, shower and Laundromat block is also open 24/7 for all to use, while our camper section is all powered up and the effluent station is easy to find and simple to use.

Caltex's Deisel fuel stop is operating for Caltex card holders but will be available to all credit card holders soon. Our certified weigh bridge is also fully operational, while our state of the art truck wash is now operating extremely well after a couple of teething issues.

As per our plans, future stages of the project will involve the construction of a fully licensed restaurant and various industrial developments consistent with a fully fledged truck stop.
